Where do we usually train? We usually work out in the beautiful natural settings of Agioi Apostoloi, Maleme, and Georgioupoli in Chania.

Want real results? The answer is simple: Personal Training. One-on-one training gives you the chance to work directly with a certified professional, based on your own goals, needs, and fitness level.
Each session lasts 1 hour and includes warm-up, a full-body workout, and cool-down. All necessary equipment is provided (mats, resistance bands, kettlebells, etc.).
Training can take place wherever suits you best—outdoors or indoors—and is available for individuals or small groups (up to 4 people).
